Welcome to the Southern Africa Region (XZ)

The International Virtual Aviation Organisation (IVAO), founded in 1998, is an online platform for flight simulation enthusiasts to experience a realistic virtual aviation environment. It brings together a global community of users who participate either as pilots or air traffic controllers.

IVAO supports all major modern flight simulator platforms, allowing users to connect seamlessly to a worldwide network.

We provide the infrastructure and software needed to access the network, along with structured training programs for both pilots and ATCs at all experience levels. These programs are designed to build skills and improve realism.

All services are completely free.
